I'm a London mum with a 9-month-old and a 3-year-old, and I built Little Sprout because nothing like it existed — and I really, really needed it.
The story behind Little Sprout
When I was pregnant with my first child, I spent hours trawling through Google, Instagram, and Facebook groups trying to figure out what to pack, which classes were worth it, and where I could actually take a baby for lunch without getting looks. With my second, I thought I'd know more — but London changes fast, and finding up-to-date, reliable information was just as hard.
I wanted one place that had it all: a checklist of what you actually need (with honest recommendations, not just affiliate spam), a guide to activities across London for every stage — from prenatal yoga to toddler soft play — and somewhere to find family-friendly restaurants where you won't panic about your buggy blocking the aisle.
Little Sprout is for expecting parents trying to get ready, parents on parental leave looking for their tribe and something fun to do each week, and parents of toddlers just trying to keep everyone entertained without losing their minds.
